Hyvä sijainti ja tilaa riittävästi 2-3 asukkaalle, Keittiötilan edessä parketti huonokuntoinen. Valoisa huoneisto, autopaikka vieressa. Ruokalautasia, matalia puuttuu, samoon ns. asettilautasia.

Ystävällinen palvelu, asunto on jo aikaa nähnyt. Perusasiat toimivat mutta asunto ja sen irtaimisto olisivat kunnostuksen ja uusimisen tarpeessa.
