The living room also has a sofa bed 120 cm wide and 190 cm long, providing additional sleeping space. The apartment also has its own sauna and washroom/toilet, so you can relax and refresh after a day's excursions. Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels can be ordered at an extra fee.

Additional equipment includes a basic tableware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, immersion blender, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The laundry room has a washing machine which is shared with the other apartments. Bicycles can be washed with a water hose in the laundry room at the street end of the house. The warm ski room has individual storage space, a drying rack for skiboots, ski benches and waxing irons. Ski boots can be stored in the ski lubrication room to avoid walking around the apartment with ski boots on.
