A cozy and compact terraced apartment in Kiilopää's fell. The 31-square-meter apartment has a kitchen/living room, bathroom/toilet, sauna, loft and terrace. The cold ski maintenance room with lubrication bench shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right). Renovated in 2021. Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. Easy-to-navigate stairs to the loft with standing height. In this apartment, the price includes a bag of firewood and final cleaning. A sack of firewood is included in reservations made no later than December 9th, 2024. A sack of firewood can be ordered for an additional fee for reservations made from December 10th 2024, order no later than 7 days before the start of the reservation. For an additional fee, pets are allowed (payment per a pet).

Luohtimaja is a board-built 5-apartment terraced house, located in Kiilopää's fell, 16 km south of the center of Saariselkä. The ski maintenance room shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right).The Luohtimaja A3 apartment is the middle apartment. NOTE! Sheets and towels must be reserved no later than a week before arrival (unless you bring your own). Distance to the nearest grocery store is to the minimarket which is located at the main building of Suomen Latu Kiilopää, where also the nearest restaurant is located. Distance to the shops and restaurants in Saariselkä is 16 km.

Siisti perusmökki, wc lattia meni kylmäksi kun sattui kovat pakkaset. Seinissä ei taida olla äänieristyksi kun kaikki kuului naapuri huoneistosta. Meille kylläkin Ok. .

Hyvin siisti ja uudehko mökki. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja riittää helposti perus ruoanlaittoon. Seinänaapureiden äänet voivat hieman kuulua, mutta meitä nämä eivät lainkaan kyllä häirinneet.
