The open-plan kitchen/living room has a sofa bed, there are two bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a double bed – as well as a sauna, shower room/WC, a separate WC, a covered open porch and a storage room.
A high chair, baby cot and children’s combination stroller are available from the owner upon advance request for an additional charge.
The apartment is also equipped with wireless internet (4G Wi-Fi) and an air-source heat pump, which provides cooling during the summer.
There is a total of five semi-detached apartments of the same standard in the holiday area. The only differences are in the interior furnishings. The apartments are allocated randomly. The name of the cottage, exact location and door code will be sent to you one day before arrival.
Laanila 2-bedroom semi-detached apartment is a practical and comfortable holiday home in the peaceful Laanipalo area. A floodlit cross-country ski trail and fitness trail are located 300 metres away.
Restaurant Kuksa (open during the winter season) is 900 metres away, and the services in the centre of Saariselkä are approximately 3 km away.
The owner also offers snowmobile, snowshoeing, ice-fishing and other excursions during the winter season.
Final cleaning and bed linen are always included in the price.
