The 31-square-meter apartment has a kitchen/living room, bathroom/toilet, sauna, loft and terrace. The cold ski maintenance room with lubrication bench shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right). Renovated in 2021.
Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. Easy-to-navigate stairs to the loft with standing height.
In this apartment, the price includes final cleaning.
A sack of firewood can be reserved for an additional fee, order at least 7 days before the start of the reservation.
The apartment is equipped with set of cutlery and cookware, coffee and water kettle, toaster, hair dryer.
Luohtimaja is a board-built 5-apartment terraced house, located in Kiilopää's fell, 16 km south of the center of Saariselkä. The ski maintenance room shared by the apartments is in the adjacent building (second door from the right). The Luohtimaja A1 apartment is the end apartment facing the parking lot.
NOTE! Sheets and towels must be reserved no later than a week before arrival (unless you bring your own).
Distance to the nearest grocery store is to the minimarket which is located at the main building of Suomen Latu Kiilopää, where also the nearest restaurant is located. Distance to the shops and restaurants in Saariselkä is 17 km.
