Wooden semi -detached house on three levels , built in 2012.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, a conference and home theater equipment
(data projector on the ceiling, screen, internet access ( 4G ), own computer must be brought along, flipchart), living room with a sofa bed, sauna (electric stove), bathroom (2 showers ), separate toilet, bedroom with one bed (80x200cm).
First floor: 2 bedrooms, a larger room with a double bed, second bedroom with 2 beds, kitchen-living room, separate toilet , large terraces around the appartment.
Upstairs a loft: double bed (can be separated) and single bed.

Apartment equipped with addition: coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, thermos flasks 2 pieces, iron and ironing board, hair dryer 2 pcs, car heater sockets 2 pcs, wireless and wired 4G access, dock to an iPad device ( can be connected to flat screen TV) , automatically turn on the lights to toilet facilities etc.

Neighboring apartment 11528. House has a big terrace which is divided with a fence which has a door. Outside there is in shared use with these two apartments a charcoal grill, a gas grill and a campfire site. Firewood for the campfire site is included. Client will bring charcoal and gas for the grill (gas bottle can be rented in gas station or shop).
