Mökki oli kuvauksen mukainen ja paikka oli kiva. Omistajan kanssa yhteydenpito oli sujuvaa. Kehittämisen paikka olisi kuitenkin siisteydessä; mökki olisi ainakin tuolloin kaivannut kunnollista suursiivousta.
