Welcome to the tranquility of Lake Akujärvi, just 7 km east of the center of Ivalo, where a cozy lakeside cabin completed in 2026 awaits you. The cabin features a combined kitchen/living room with two sofa beds, each opening to a width of 160 cm. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator that can also be used as a freezer.

This cabin offers a solar-powered holiday retreat, with a diesel heater and fireplace to keep you warm in colder weather. There is no running water, but this is not a problem as the lake is nearby. The cabin's outside sauna has a wood-burning stove, and there is a cauldron outside for heating water, making it easy to warm water for washing and dishes. Drinking water must be brought to the cabin.

On the lakeshore, there is a covered terrace kitchen equipped with charcoal and gas grills and fully equipped utensils for dining with a larger group. The terrace kitchen also has a refrigerator that can be also used as a freezer.

The shore has a soft bottom, and to the left of the pier, the water quickly deepens to three meters. There are stairs from the pier leading into the water. Renters have access to a rowboat and a canoe, ensuring water adventures are guaranteed.

In the cabin's yard, there is a lean-to with a outside firepit, carport, a firewood storage, and a bike shelter. The outdoor toilet is located in a separate building. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the holiday together.
