Spacious villa with five separate bedrooms. Each bedroom accommodates two people. The yard features a lean-to shelter with a campfire site in front, offering a beautiful view of the lake. There is a private sandy beach, perfect for enjoying summer days.

For an additional fee, a scenic sauna and a wood-heated hot tub are available for rent.

Located 67 km northwest of Tampere, Lake Jämijärvi is just 25 meters away, with a private shallow sandy beach and a rowing boat available for use.

The log-built villa (2006) has a combined kitchen/living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is well-equipped. The living room includes a TV, a heat-storing fireplace, an air source heat pump, and a sofa.
The ground floor has two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with two single beds, and Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 each have two single beds, while Bedroom 5 has a double bed.
The villa has three separate toilets and four showers, two of which are in the toilet areas and two in the washroom. There is a spacious sauna with an electric heater. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All rooms on the ground floor have underfloor heating.

The scenic sauna by the waterfront and the wood-fired hot tub in the upper yard are available for rent for an additional fee, which covers the use of both facilities.

Electric car charging is possible from a regular schuko socket with the client's own charging device for an additional fee. The client and owner will agree on the payment separately.
