76 km northeast of Tampere, Kolonjärvi 20 m away, with a soft bottom of sand and humus, private pier and rowing boat. The cabin (built in 1990) includes a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, dining set, a kitchen nook with a stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and standard home amenities, and a toilet. The loft has a double bed and two 80x200 cm spring mattresses on the floor. The loft is low and does not have standard standing height. THE CABIN HAS AN AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP.
In the yard, there is an outbuilding with a sofa bed that converts into a 140x190 cm bed for two. The outbuilding is heated with a portable electric heater. The yard also has a lakeside sauna (wood-heated stove and water carried from the lake) with a dressing room that includes a sofa bed for two. The yard features a spacious grill shelter with a gas grill. There is a separate campfire site by the shore, behind the sauna.
The property is a flat, grassy, and spacious plot. You can enjoy your privacy at the cabin, with the nearest neighbor 100 meters away. The neighbor rents out 2 SUP boards, and contact information for rental is available at the cabin.
