The spacious gravel-covered plot is located in a peaceful area at the end of a private road. The nearest neighbor is 190 meters away. The large yard offers ample parking space for multiple cars. Electric vehicle charging is available from a standard power outlet free of charge, upon agreement with the owner.

This wooden villa is situated on the shores of Lake Kuusjärvi, on a flat plot with a sandy beach, making it suitable for children. The log-built lakeside sauna enhances the lakeside experience. A long staircase leads from the main villa down to the lakeside sauna and the shore.

On the owner’s 100-hectare property, there are snowmobile trails, as well as forest roads and paths suitable for jogging. A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request; two travel cribs and three high chairs are shared among five cabins, free of charge. Pure drinking and household water is sourced from a private borehole.

The owner has five cabins within a 1 km radius, listed under Lomarengas cabin numbers 5206, 8644, 5370, 13751, and 17499.

The area offers excellent berry and mushroom picking grounds. Fishing is available in Lake Eväjärvi (2.5 km away), with a boat launch at the owner's own beach.

Art Town Mänttä 37 km, Restaurant Hallin Janne 10 km, a private airfield for small aircraft in Halli. Isojärvi National Park 22 km, Himos Ski Resort 32 km.

Final cleaning is included in the reservation. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, based on the number of pets.
