Niemensyli is a nice little rental cottage located on a sunny peninsula plot on the shore of a lake. 65 km east of Joensuu, Eimisjärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 0.9 km), hard sand-gravel bottom, rowing boat. Wooden cottage 2015, upstairs surface renovated 2022, living room with sofa bed for two, kitchenette, no oven, but there is an airfryer, drinking water from the tap comes from a 30 l tank, access to the sauna via the terrace, where the wood-burning stove and washing water are heated in the stove tank. There is a dishwashing station on the terrace, which is supplied with lake water by a pump and warm dishwashing water from the hot water heater. Separate dry toilet in the yard and a wood-burning stove in the trailer sauna. If necessary, you can agree on charging an electric car with the owner, but there is no electric car charging point.
