A holiday destination on the shores of Lake Pielinen for those who enjoy being close to nature and want to experience traditional cabin life. Located in a peaceful setting, this traditional round log property includes a main cabin, a separate sleeping cabin, and a grill shelter. Situated in Nunnanlahti, Juuka, this holiday spot is an ideal base for nature travelers looking to explore the natural attractions of Koli, Juuka, and Nurmes.

Located 78 km north of Joensuu, the property is 20 meters from the shore of Lake Pielinen (871.2 km²). The shore is initially shallow with a gently deepening sandy bottom, transitioning to a clay bottom further out. A private rowing boat is available.

The round log cabin was built in 2020. The combined kitchen/living room includes a sofa bed for one (130 cm wide when extended) and a heat-storing fireplace. There is an additional mattress for one in the loft. Access to a large wood-heated sauna and dressing room is through the terrace. Cold water is supplied to the sauna and kitchen via a pump from a private well, and there is also a drain. A small water heater provides hot water for dishwashing. The owner supplies drinking water at the start of the reservation.

The charming sleeping cabin (13 m²) features a double bed. The cabin's spacious cooking and socializing area is a large grill shelter for 10 people, equipped with a fireplace, a gas-operated griddle pan, a two-burner electric stove with an oven, and a microwave.

The cabin owner is a member of the Finnish organic tourism association ECEAT ry. The cabin emphasizes sustainable tourism and recycling (glass, metal, plastic, biowaste, and mixed waste).

There are 2 basic bicycles available for guests to use.
