A small, modest cottage is suited eg. for fishermen, anglers, hikers. Steep stairs to the loft (where floor area of 8 m²).
The cottage is located in Paalasmaa archipelago, to which is ferry access all year round. Paalasmaa is beautiful, rugged area, Finland's highest island. Good berry countries near.
Gravel Yard and natural environment. Plot of 0.5 ha.
Drinking water comes from the neighboring cottage's well, the hose is 10 meters from the cottage. Owner's other cottage (8558) is 100 m away.
Owner is a fisherman, who sells fish and fishing licenses and rents fishing equipment and outboard motor. Pielinen is very rich in fish, including lake. walleye, northern pike and perch. A boat launch ramp 500 m. No dock.
