Built in 1985 and comprehensively renovated in 2016, the property provides modern comforts in a nature-friendly environment.
The accommodation includes a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with three single beds, and an additional single bed in the living room, as well as a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom features a toilet and a private electric sauna for unwinding after a day of activities.
A shared swimming area is located just about 450 meters away, where you can enjoy summer days by the water. The lakeshore includes a grill spot and a rowing boat available for shared use. The shared grill shelter at the end of the building offers a pleasant place for outdoor dining and socializing, regardless of the weather.
Families with children will surely enjoy the swings and trampoline available in the area. The surrounding countryside offers peace, outdoor opportunities, and beautiful scenery all year round.
The location is excellent for hiking and exploring nearby areas. For instance, Savonlinna is approximately 53 kilometers away, making the city's services, attractions, and events easily accessible.
