Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children. The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace. The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use. On the beach is an almost hundred-year-old renovated wood-heated sauna and sauna cabin. The sauna cabin has a sofa bed (for 2 people). The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 30th. Charging of electric/hybrid cars with your own charging device is permitted for an additional fee (16A). The destination is only rented for peaceful use.

Hillside plot, mostly covered with mor. The main cabin and lakeside sauna have wooden terraces. Access from the cabin to the sauna is via wooden stairs. In winter, if weather permitting, there is a cross-country ski trail in front of the cabin on the lake ice. Korpilahti center 3 km, Jyväskylä 30 km, Riihivuori ski slopes 20 km, Himos Ski Resort 23 km, Isojärvi National Park 60 km.

  Todella upea ja kauniisti sisustettu huvila! Arvostettiin kovasti huvilan puitteita, Päijänteen puhdasta vettä ja ihania maisemia, kauniita astioita, teräviä veitsiä ja rantasaunan pehmeitä löylyjä. Lähellä myös kaunis Korpilahden satama ja jalkapallo- ja tenniskenttä.

  Aivan täydellinen mökki meille kahdelle aikuiselle! Loistosijainti järkevän matkan päässä palveluista. Toimiva hyvä ranta ja ihana raikas Päijänteen vesi! Rantasaunan löylyt olivat parhaat pitkään aikaan! Tästä ei mökki parane. Toimii varmasti talvellakin.
