Charming summer cottage at the end of a private road, offering peace and tranquility. Sunny lakeshore property facing south. The nearest neighbor is 75 meters away.

Located 82 km east of Kuopio, on Lake Rikkavesi, 35 meters from the water, with a private pier and rowing boat. The log cabin was built in 2006. It has a combined kitchen/living room. The living room includes a sofa, armchair, heat-retaining fireplace, and air-source heat pump. There is also a TV in the living room, but it can only be used for streaming; TV broadcasts are not available. The kitchen area has a dining set for six people. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, small dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle.

The cabin has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a bunk bed with mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm. The upper bed is suitable for a person weighing up to 90 kg. The living room sofa can be converted into an additional bed measuring 120 x 190 cm.

In the yard, there is a separate outbuilding with electric heating and lighting, containing two beds measuring 80 x 200 cm each. The yard also has an outdoor toilet and a smoking area for fish.

The cabin has a sauna, accessed via the terrace. The sauna features a wood-burning stove, and water from the lake is heated in a water cauldron.

COLD LAKE WATER IS AVAILABLE IN THE KITCHEN AND SAUNA FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 15. AT OTHER TIMES, WATER MUST BE CARRIED FROM THE LAKE. The dishwasher uses lake water for washing. In the sauna, lake water is heated in a cauldron. Guests must provide their own drinking water.

The maximum occupancy of the cabin is six people. The additional bed is an optional sleeping arrangement.

Charging an electric car from the power outlet costs 50 EUR per reservation, payable directly to the owner.
