The property, built in 1969, is made of brick. It features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining set. The living room includes a separate dining area, a TV, and a sofa set.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and the other with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed for one person, measuring 120 x 190 cm.
The bathroom has a shower, and the sauna is equipped with an electric heater. The property includes a washing machine.
The building has two floors, but the upper floor is not available for use.
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets allowed at a time. Pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds. A dog enclosure at the end of the house is available for use.
The nearest electric car charging station is in Kaavi, 25 km away. For an additional fee, guests can charge electric cars at the property using a standard schuko socket with their own charging device. The renter and owner will agree on the charging arrangements and costs.
A spacious yard, mostly covered with grass, enjoys sunlight throughout the day. In winter, weather permitting, there is a ski trail maintained by the village committee nearby. The same route can be used for mountain biking in summer.
In this holiday home, bed linens and final cleaning are not provided. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels and thoroughly clean the property on the day of departure (cleaning instructions are available, for example, in the booking terms).
