16 km north of Kajaani, Särkijärvi (small lake) 80 m (length 250 m, width 150 m), fairly deep shore, sanded mud bottom, own boat. Wooden building, previously permanent home 1951, fully renovated 1998, living room/kitchen convertible sofa, bedroom 2 beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), hall, glazed porch. Lakeside sauna (20 m²), with mini-kitchen in dressing room, sauna has elec. light, elec. heating and cold water. Additionally by agreement, in summer separate outbuilding (8 m²), with 2 beds, elec. light and elec. heating. No fireplace in house, but soapstone baking oven and wood stove.
