Log cottage, built in 1983, expanded and renovated in 2002. Living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with narrow double bed (width 140 cm), shower room and toilet, hall, open porch. Lakeside sauna building: steam room, dressing room with iron stove, porch. Sauna has electric light, wood-burning stove and water heater tank. Water must be caarried from the lake or cottage (40 m away). Dogyard wih doghouse in the yard.

Kind of observation tower in Kotavaara hilltop 500m away. Kemijärvi town services easy to reach, Suomutunturi ski resort 35 km, Pyhätunturi tourist resort 60 km.

Mökki on kaunis, hyvä sekä simppelin kokoinen. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy mökistä. Kotajärven rannalla veneily on tunnelmallista kesällä ja talvella piha saunassa rentouttavaa ottaa löylyt. Mökki on kaukana ihmisten hälinästä ja siellä onnistuu rentoutuminen rauhassa luonnon keskellä. Iltaisin voi katsella näkyykö revontulia ja komiaa tähtitaivasta.

Todella viihtyisä paikka. Sisustus ym. tarkoituksen mukaista ja toimivaa. Supersiistiä. Sauna lautureineen parasta, hyvin pääsi uimaan. Poroja vieraili aamupäivisin pihassa, tämän vuoden vasa jopa laiturilla iloisesti pukitellen, oli kiva seurata. Ainoa asia mikä 'puuttui' olivat tuuletusikkunat makuuhuoneessa ja keittiössä.
