The apartment is located in the Suomutunturi ski and tourist center, in the Arctic Circle. In the cottage's backyard, there is a lean-to with the possibility of campfire.
Lake Kemijärvi has good fishing and swimming opportunities, distance 5 km. The nearest shop and gas station is in Joutsijärvi, distance 15 km. Joutsijärvi also has the closest attraction - the Salpalinja bunker. Suomutunturi has 70 km of slopes, 17 km of which are illuminated, with a distance of 100 m. It is 1.3 km from the cabin to the slopes and Hotel Suomutunturi. Five skiing centers within a radius of less than 100 km. Two national parks within one hour's driving distance: Pyhä-Luosto (80 km) and Salla (60 km).
