The outbuilding has an electric heater that can be used to warm the room in cool weather. There is a sauna in the yard with a spacious changing room and a wood-burning stove. Water for washing is heated in a kettle connected to the stove.

The owner also has an electric car charging point available for rent, located on the wall of the neighbouring service building, 90 m away.
