This stylishly and cosily furnished villa offers excellent facilities for four guests. The property includes a main building with a large terrace area. The yard sauna has a wood-burning stove. The shore is shallow with a sandy bottom, and the spacious pier area is ideal for spending summer days outdoors. A hot tub located in front of the sauna is also available to rent. The booking period for the hot tub must match the rental period of the cottage. The owner also offers an electric car charging point for rent, located on the wall of the service building, 230 m away.

The cottage is located 109 km northwest of Tampere, with 40 m to the shore of Lake Nerkoonjärvi, which has a shallow, sandy bottom. There is a private, sturdy pier and a rowing boat for guests' use. The log-built villa was constructed in 2018. The spacious living area includes a sofa set, a dining set, a wood-burning masonry heater with a glass door, a TV, and a well-equipped combined kitchen/living room. There is a separate indoor toilet and two bedrooms, each with a quality double bed.

The terrace has a yard sauna with a wood-burning stove and a shower. The sauna also has a separate changing room. The hot tub is available to rent for an additional fee and is maintained with special care — it is cleaned and the water filter replaced after every rental.

The terrace also has a covered grill shelter with a gas grill, along with plenty of outdoor furniture.

The owner also offers an electric car charging point for rent, located on the wall of the service building, 230 m away. Laundry facilities are also available in the service building if needed; arrangements for laundry can be made directly with the owner.
