NOTE! Note! The property is not rented to groups consisting of under 26 year old. The maximum number of people in the destination is 8 people and it cannot be exceeded. This villa can be rented only for families and other guests and companies having peaceful holiday. Please respect the peace of the neighbors and do not play music outdoors or cause noise. Note! The owner requires the customer to provide a passenger card on arrival with the names and dates of birth of all customers. The passenger card will be sent from Lomarengas as an attachment with the booking details. 20 km to the south from Kirkkonummi, gulf of Finland 30 m, gently deepening sand beach, pier. Guests can use rowing boat. Well equipped villa in magnificent location. Villa is built in 2009 and the area is 150 m². On the ground floor, one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 140 cm wide bed, kitchen, separate WC, shower and fireplace. On the upper floor, bedroom with double bed and 90 cm wide bed, open loft with two 80 cm wide beds, separate WC, terrace and gas grill. Seaside sauna with wood-burning sauna stove (Please note, that Aito brand sauna stove requires longer heating time than a normal wood-burning sauna stove), sauna room, spreadable sofa bed and air source heat pump. There are sunbeds and trampoline in the yard area. NOTE! This villa can be rented only for families and other guests having peaceful holiday. Please respect the peace of the neighbors and do not play music outdoors or cause noise. A wood-heated hot tub for rent at a separate price. The weekend rent during year 2024 is 150 euros. Payment is agreed with the owner. Other times by different agreement. Tub rent must be booked from the owner at least a week before booking begins. The tub can only be rented if you agree to the owner’s instructions for use. There is also a hydro massage bath outdoors on the terrace, which can be reserved for an additional fee under the same conditions and prices as the above-mentioned hot tub.

Beautifully and quietly located villa by the sea. There is a plenty of space in the spacious lawn yard, perfect facilities for a nice holiday. The seaside sauna offers good streams. Terrace in front of the seaside sauna is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful sea view. The beach is gently deepening and child-friendly. Kirkkonummi 20 km, Helsinki 45 km.
