Loistava sijainti, kävellen niin rinteisiin, hiihtoladuille kuin ravintoloihin. Autopaikka plussaa. Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen, sopivan kokoinen 2aik 2lasta. Pieni miinus suksi varaston sijainnista kellarikerroksessa, muutamat portaat joutuu kulkemaan sekä melko pieni sauna.
