Meille tuttu paikka soveltuu tosi hyvin lähellä kaikkia palveluja. Mökki on siisti, uusittuna. Välikatto narisee vieläkin. Koneiden käyttöohjeita toivon suomenkielisenä versiona myös.

Asunnon sijainti on erinomainen ja varustelu monipuolinen. Asunto on siistissä kunnossa ja keittiön kalusteet uudehkot. Asuntoon saavuttaessa sisälämpötila oli +31˚C, ilmeisesti edellisten asukkaiden säädettyä lattialämmityksen termostaatin täysille. Termostaattia säätämällä lämpötilan sai normaalille tasolle.
