Rikinänranta sijaitsee rauhallisella ja kauniilla paikalla, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Kelkkailijoille reitille meno on helppoa ja varusteet voi säilyttää alakerran tiloissa sekä kelkkojen pito alapihan katonalla on hyvä juttu. Lisäksi pihassa on tilaa autoille ja peräkärryille. Sauna on kaunis ja siellä saa hyvä löylyt.

Mökki oli siisti ja hyvällä sijainnilla, siitä pääsi nopeasti kävellen ja autolla esim. kauppaan, rinteisiin ja baariin. Mökissä oli kauniit uudet pinnat ja aivan ihana sauna josta näkyi ihanat talvi maisemat.
