170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, nearby Levi’s main ski slope (Front slope). All essential services are within walking distance. Apartment on fourth floor in Alpine-style stone house. There is an elevator in the house. The house is built in 2020. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, three bedrooms, one with double bed and others with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor, access to balcony from this room. Sauna and living areas are also located on the upper floor. Living area is equipped with sofa bed, light fireplace, kitchen with sink, fridge and cupboard. There are two WCs in the apartment, shower also in downstairs within the WC. Another is upstairs in the sauna area. Access to the glazed balcony from the living room/kitchen, dazzling view over the Front slope. Own parking space.

Levin Kunkku C11 is a brand new, high-class, and stylish penthouse next to Levi's main ski slope, near the all services of road Hissitie. There's an elevator in the house. Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard. The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. The two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is a good soundproofing in the house. Hullu Poro Arena 100 m. Several restaurants 100 – 500 m. Bed linen in beds and final cleaning are included in the prices. If you need extra beds, extra bed linen will be provided. Guests make beds by themselves. There is a construction site on the area beginning from 04/2022 and it will last several years.

Huoneisto oli hieno ja hyvin varusteltu. Huoneistosta on hienot näkymät eturinteelle ja sijainti oli todella loistava. Saunan suunnittelussa olisi voinut hieman käyttää enemmän mielikuvitusta nimittäin saunaan mahtui vain 4 henkeä. Suksivaraston sijainti oli mielestäni myös hieman hankala koska se sijaitsi kellarissa johonka kulkeminen oli hankalaa rappusista ja ovista johtuen.
