Hyvällä paikalla ja perus siisti asunto. Iso miinus parkkipaikkojen vähäisyydestä, joita jotkut varasivat viikoksi peräkärryillään jopa 2 kpl. Wc lavuaari ei vetänyt, saunakauha oli kokonaan halki ja eteisen kaapin ovi rikki. Näistä laitettu huoltoon viestiä ? Muuten asunto ajoi asiansa.

Siisti ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla oleva huoneisto. Mm. S-market kadun toisella puolella.
