Living room with sofa bed (sleeping area spread out 140x200 cm), 15 m² loft has two sleeping areas, separated by partition wall, one area with bunk bed, another (lower one) with double bed (width 160 cm). Sauna with electric stove, bathroom/toilet, hallway and small covered porch. Narrow staircase, rather steep stairs to the loft.

Loft is partly low ceiling, child safety gate at the top of the stairs. TV also in loft. Tokkapirtti 3 located in peaceful area, anyway close to Levi's center. Services like shops and restaurants within 0.8 - 1 km distance, nearest ski slope, Eturinne (Front piste), 1 km away. Apartment 13163 is located in same building.
