A spacious and bright semi-detached house completed in summer 2022, located in a peaceful area of Levijärvi. The unit includes everything necessary for a successful holiday.

The bright living room offers ample space for a larger group to spend the evening, and meals are easily prepared in the open-plan kitchen. The ground floor also features a bathroom and sauna, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds.

The spacious loft includes a bedroom with a door, equipped with two single beds and a remote work station. The loft area also has two additional single beds. An air source heat pump provides additional heating and cooling.

Snowmobile routes and ski trails are just a stone's throw away, and the ski bus, which runs 500 meters away, takes you to the slopes and the comprehensive services of Levi's center in ten minutes. During the snow-free season, diverse outdoor areas are nearby, and the stunning landscapes of Levijärvi, along with a small swimming area, are just a few hundred meters away. There is a fire pit in the yard.
