Bed Linen 20.8 € / personStylish semi-detached house in the village of Äkäslompolo, in the Kaupinjärvi area. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, 40 km north of Kolari.
The semi-detached house is built from thermal logs and measures 60m², constructed in 2008. The ground floor includes a combined kitchen/living room, a living room, and a bedroom with a double bed. The upstairs loft (17m²) has 4 separate beds and a second toilet with a washing machine. The loft also features a living area with a TV and a balcony. There are washing facilities with an electric sauna, shower, and toilet.
There are terraces on both sides of the apartment, with the rear terrace offering a view of nature.
In the carport, there is a storage room with a ski maintenance table and a drying cabinet for equipment. Guests have access to sleds, snowshoes, and kicksleds.
Äkäslompolo Lake 1.5 km, Pikku-Kaupinjärvi 500 m, Iso-Kaupinjärvi 1.2 km, swimming beach 3 km.
The price includes final cleaning, bed linens available for rent. No pets allowed.
