A semi-detached house apartment located 40 km north of Kolari in the Äkäslompolo village Maahinen area, build 2013. Area 88 m² + loft 23 m². Three bedrooms downstairs, two with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm) and one with 2 separate beds (90 x 200 cm). A loft with 4 beds (80 x 200 cm), livingroom/kitchen, 3 toilets, wash room, sauna (electric), drying cupboard for clothes, washing machine, tumble-dryer, second TV on the loft. Walk-in shower also in the toilet in the loft. Baby bed, travel cot (incl. duvet and pillow), high chair, potty, plastic snow sledges and a kick sled. Wi-Fi. Mechanical ventilation. Shared ski maintenance room. Solar panels installed in the spring of 2023.
