Stylishly decorated row house completed in 2023 in the Nilivaara area, nestled in the embrace of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. Easy access to winter and summer trails, with a walking distance to the beach as well.

A cozy house, featuring one bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor, along with a living room, kitchen, and sauna. On the upper floor, sleeping arrangements for four: a double bed and 2 futon armchair beds (90x200cm). The private WC on the upper floor adds to the comfort of living.

The warehouse has a shared ski lubrication room with rack and electricity.
Electric car charging available for an additional fee (fee per stay). Model: Charge Amps Halo, 11 kW. Cable lenght 7,5 m.
Also the normal car heating plug. There is one parking space at the apartment.
