This semi-detached house, completed in 2007, includes a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, loft, bathroom/WC, electric sauna, separate WC, and a heated ski maintenance room — everything you need for a relaxing mountain holiday.
The bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, and the loft offers four separate 80x200 cm frame beds, which can be easily arranged together or separately. The total area of the apartment is 65 m², with the loft covering 20 m². An air heat pump keeps the apartment warm in winter and pleasantly cool during summer heatwaves.
There is also shared access to a 5G 200M WiFi connection with the neighboring apartment.
Child amenities include a travel cot, high chair, and potty.
There is a parking space with a heating post for your car. Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted at the property.
Peaceful location near the fell: in winter, access the illuminated ski trail directly from the ski maintenance room, and in summer, hiking trails start right from the yard. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price, and bed linens are available for rent at an additional cost.
