This semi-detached house, completed in 2007, includes a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, loft, bathroom/WC, electric sauna, separate WC, and a warm ski maintenance room — everything you need for a relaxing mountain holiday.
The bedroom has a double bed, the combined kitchen/living room features a sofa bed, and the loft offers a double bed and two additional mattresses. The apartment covers 65 m², with 20 m² in the loft. An air source heat pump keeps the apartment warm in winter and pleasantly cool during summer heatwaves. There is also a shared 5G 200M WiFi connection with the neighboring apartment.
Child amenities include a travel cot, high chair, and potty.
Heated parking space for a car. Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted.
Peaceful location near the fell: in winter, access the illuminated ski trail directly from the ski maintenance room, and in summer, hiking trails start right from the yard. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price, and bed linens are available for rent at an additional cost.
