40 km north-east of Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi 3 km, swimming beach 4,5 km. Separate wooden cottage, built 2007. Area 120 m² of which 15 m² on the loft. Well equiped kitchen, dining room and living room. Two bed rooms, one with two separate beds and one with two beds together. Loft with two separate beds and double bed. Glass wall separating loft and livingroom. 2 x TV. Electric sauna with instant stove, shower/toilet, separate toilet. Nursery equipment: feeding chair and travel bed. Storage room (20 m²) with car shelter and ski maintenance space. Car charging is possible from the Wallbox charging station in the carport.

High quality cottage located in the Ylläsjärvi village Iso-Ylläs area. Features include also freezer, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, iron and ironing board. Location ideal for winter sports. No pets allowed.
From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). Hinta/laatu on tässä mökissä kohdallaan. Mökki on suunniteltu toimimaan perheloman ehdoilla. Esimerkkeinä iso eteistila kaappeineen 2 x kuivauskaappi, väljät pesutilat ja erinomaisesti varustettu/kalustettu keittiö. Hiihtämään pääsee takaterassilta ja samalle terassille pääsee laskemaan Länsirajan hissiltä.

Upea ja tunnelmallinen huvila, sopiva kahdeksalle. Uusi ja hyvin varusteltu keittiö, kivat kalusteet, tilava olohuone ja hyvät pesutilat. Eteiseen mahtui hyvin kaikkien monot, vaatteet ja kypärät ja kuivauskaappejakin oli kaksi. Suksienhuoltotila ja autokatos iso plussa. Tontilta suoraan ladulle ja länsirinteeltä voi laskea mökille. Loistava sijainti.

Arctic Chalet ist ein perfektes Haus. Von der Küche, die absolut top ausgestattet ist, mit allen Gerätschaften in erstklassiger Qualität über den Herd und Backofen bis zur Spülmaschine.
