Mökki oli muuten asiallinen ja sijainti hyvä, mutta kaipaisi jo hiukan päivittämistä tähän päivään. Television kuvan laatu oli välillä tosin huono, kunnes älysin selvitellä antennin johtoja. Äänieristys väliseinässä kaipaa myös korjaamista. Pesuhuoneen lavuaari oli niin pieni, ettei hammasmuki mahtunut edes sen reunalle.
