The apartment, completed in 2013, includes a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loft with a sloping ceiling featuring two single beds, a sofa bed (140 cm), and a private toilet. A carport, a heated ski maintenance room, and an internet connection enhance your comfort during your stay.

High-quality semi-detached house located in the Tunturipalo area of Ylläsjärvi village, in a peaceful location near the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. Easy access to ski trails and outdoor routes from the intersection of Kevätpiiponkuja and Kevätpiiponkatu.
The services of Ylläsjärvi are a short drive away, with a minimarket located in connection with Hotel Saaga. Outdoor equipment, such as bicycles, can be rented from JemesSport in the Taiga shopping center.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Due to the property's electrical system, charging electric and hybrid cars is not possible. To ensure the comfort and safety of the property, bringing a hot tub and making open fires in the yard area are not permitted. Firewood is reserved for use in the cabin for cozy evenings by the fireplace.
