Mökki edusti 90-luvun ratkaisuja. Ilm panostettu makuutiloihin, jolloin keittiö jää alimitoitetuksi = ei säilytystilaa. Lisäksi sähköpistokkeissa säästetty = kahvinkeitintä piti siirrellä tiskipöydälle ja takaisin. Muuten mökki täytti odotukset. Edellisten asukkaiden toimiin ei omistaja pysty vaikuttamaan eli oli jätetty siivoamatta, roskis tyhjentämättä jne
