Apartment hotel located 165 km north of Rovaniemi, in the Ylläsjärvi village near the Sport Resort Ylläs. Built 2009. Livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with two separate beds, one sleeping alcove (curtain at the doorway) with a bunk bed (top bed 80 cm wide, bottom bed 120 cm wide), electric sauna, washing room, separate toilet. In addition: Common ski maintenance room, apartment specific storage, wireless broadband connection. Apartment is situated in 1st floor (entrance floor). View over Ylläsjärvi village. The price includes 2 lift tickets for the winter season 2024-2025.

Good quality Ski In- Ski Out apartment located in the Ylläsjärvi village Iso-Ylläs area. The apartment is situated near the gondola lift and Restauran Taiga. Slopes, skiing tracks, hiking routes and night-time activities are easily accesible from the apartment. No pets allowed. Prices include final cleaning. Bed linen are available for rent. For a changeover day in weeks 8-16 other than Saturday, the arrival time is 16.00 and the departure day is 12.00. There are a few electric car charging points in the yard of the apartment building.
From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.

Asunto oli todella viihtyisä ja se on lähellä rinteitä, joten laskettelemaan pääsee nopeasti ja kätevästi. Asunto oli tilava ja arkea oli helpottamassa kuivauskaappi ja astian- ja pyykinpesukone. Sauna oli myös sopivan kokoinen.

Kulku noin sadan metrin päähän rinteeseen helppoa ja rinteestä syömään kätevää. Ikkunoissa ja kerrossänkyhuoneen ovessa hyvät pimentävät verhot. Alakerrasta kätevimmin pääsi ulos. Mahtavat suksien voitelutilat ja lukolliset häkkivarastot käytävän toisella puolella.
