Sauna ja pesutilat muuten siistit, mutta lauteet ovat ilmeisesti alkuperäiset. Niissä on halkeamia ja nousukorkeus on liian suuri. Kierreportaat ovat liukkaat, eli niihin voisi laittaa topparinauhan portaan reunaan.

Mökin sijainti on loistava. Lyhyt ajomatka rinteisiin, mutta mökin ympäristö on rauhallinen eivätkä naapurimökit tunnu olevan liian lähellä. Mökin alakerta on vähän viileä, mutta isossa eteisessä on hyvä säilyttää isommankin poppoon ulkovarusteita. Auton sai piuhan päähän ulkopistokkeesta ja keittiö oli siisti.
