Price includes 2 lift tickets for the winter season 2025-2026.
The apartment features a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, each with two separate beds (one combined into a double bed), and additional sleeping spaces for two on the living room sofa. The second bedroom includes a desk suitable for remote work.
Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower WC and drying cabinet. Also, a separate WC.
The building offers a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies.
Charging electric and hybrid vehicles from the car heating sockets is prohibited.
The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approx. 5 km away.
The apartment is located on the second floor above the tree line, offering splendid views to the south from the balcony.
