A one-bedroom apartment with a sauna and private terrace, located in close proximity to the services of Ylläs Ski Resort. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a balcony facing the ski slopes. The building has an elevator. The apartment features a living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom with two separate beds (90x200 cm), and a sofa bed for two in the living area. An electric sauna, bathroom with shower, washing machine, and drying cabinet. There is a separate toilet. In the basement of the building, there is a ski maintenance room and a lockable equipment storage. For the winter season 2024 - 2025, the rental price includes 2 lift tickets.

From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.

  Asunto todella hyvä 4 henkiselle perheelle. Paljon kaappitilaa ja keittiöstä löytyy kaikki tavittavat varusteet ruuanlaittoon. Iso plussa asunnossa on läheisyys rinteeseen ja tästä pääset kätevästi sisäkautta myös hotellin aamiaiselle, sitä hyödynsimme parina aamuna. Asunnon mukana tulevat 2 hissilippua on myös iso juttu, säästää paljon jos joka päivä haluaa lasketella.
