Apartment hotel located 165 km north of Rovaniemi in the Ylläsjärvi village Iso-Ylläs area, near the ski center. Built 2006. Bottom floor has a grocery store and storage space with ski maintenance room for the customers' use. A connecting tunnel gives access to the swimming pools and spa and restaurant services of Lapland Hotel Saaga. This second floor apartment has livingroom/kithcen with bed sofa( wide 120 cm) , bedroom with two beds, sleeping alcove with one bed (bed 120 cm wide, ATTN. only 190 cm long), washing room/toilet, sauna, ski-waxing room, porch, storage space. No oven in kitchen. The apartment's windows and terrace offer views of the fell side, the slopes of Ylläs and the summit. From the terrace you can go directly to the slopes for skiing or mountain biking.

Huoneisto oli oikein viihtyisä ja siisti. Sijainti on erinomainen. Ainoa mutta häiritsevä epäkohta oli muista huoneistoista kantautuvat äänet. Rakenteellinen äänieristys saisi olla parempi.

The apartment was nice, clean and tidy, with sufficient amount of cutlery. Direct access from the balcony is possible Sofa and dishwasher are quite old but still working fine On the ground floor there’s ski storage and ski waxing room (with profiles and irons) The drawback is that no washing machine available...See more
