This three-bedroom apartment, built in 2009, is an excellent choice for an active family or a group of friends. It is a spacious and stylish apartment spanning three floors. Situated in close proximity to trails and slopes, when the Länsiraja slopes are open, you can ski directly from the apartment to the ski slopes. Skiing tracks, winter trails, and snowmobile trails are easily accessible, and in the summer, Ylläs Bike Park, mountain biking and the hiking trails are nearby. On the ground floor, there is a spacious garage with a ski maintenance area. The middle floor features living and dining areas, a spacious south-facing balcony, a kitchen, a toilet, and a utility corner with a washing machine and dryer. The top floor comprises three bedrooms, a toilet, a sauna, and a south-facing balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and two others have two beds per room. The apartment is also suitable for those traveling without a car.
