Wood cottage 1991, kitchen, living room, downstairs 2 bed rooms with double bed each, upstairs 2 bed rooms with 2 beds each, washing room, electric sauna , loft, terrace, upstairs a terrace room without heating. The lakeside sauna and other building on the yard is not in customer use.

Representative holiday apartment by lake Höytiäinen in Kontiolahti. Large 1 ha lot with large beach. There are a trampoline and a swing for the children in summer. There are also a gas grill available in summer. There is a fireplace with electrical resistance. It is not allowed to put fire to the fireplace. Also candles are not allowed to burn inside. There are 2 refrigerators, freezer and wine refrigerator in the kitchen. Upstairs there is unheated terrace with glass walls. There are some oldish bikes, also one for children. 15 km to Kontiolahti Biathlon stadium, 18 km to golf field, 40 km to Ukko-Koli slopes and slopes of Mustavaara, 31 km to Spa in Joensuu. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Hieno, erikoisempi huvila, jossa oli tilaa kuudelle hengelle ruhtinaallisesti. Mökin huoltaja antoi kattavat käytännön neuvot ja auttoi nopeasti ongelmatilanteessa. Joululomamme oli onnistunut.
