Spacious villa situated on the shore of the Luodonjärvi lake, in the Djupviken area. The villa features a glass-enclosed terrace, perfect for spending time even on windy days. It boasts a spacious, grassy yard with a lakeside sauna. Pets are also welcome at Villa Norppa. Located 21 km southwest of Kokkola, on the shore of the Bothnian Sea, with Djupviken Bay just 30 meters away. Shallow sandy beach, private pier, and rowing boat just 30 meters away. This wooden villa, built in 2015, includes a living room, kitchen, electric sauna, and a washing room with a WC and a shower. The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. The upper floor has another bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed that converts into a 120 x 190 cm bed for one. The lakeside sauna has an electric stove and a dressing room. In summer (from May 1st to September 30th), running water is available at the lakeside sauna; otherwise, water must be carried from the main building. A pleasure boat marina is located on the adjacent property, approximately 50 meters away, where you can also launch your own boat. Fishing permits can be purchased 1 km away, with contact information available in the villa’s guestbook.
