42 km to the northeast from Kuhmo, lake Nuolijärvi 35 m (length 2,6 km, width 300 m), quite deep beach, muddy bottom, pier, own rowing boat. Round log cabin, built in 1990. Living room/kitchen with spreadable sofa, bedroom with two beds, sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), sofa in the dressing room, covered terrace. There isn't any drain in the kitchen. Dishwashing is possible outside or in the sauna by using plastic washbasins. Cooking hut and composting outdoor toilet.

Water is not tested every year, so we recommend that you boil your water before drinking it. Even if you have boiled it, there might be some taste in water. Guest can bring drinking water along. The electric stove is a separate oven, 2 hotplates on top. The road to the cabin is not open in winter period. During winter, car parking is arranged in the owner’s yard. Walking distance to the cabin is 150 m. Uninhabited neighboring cabin 30 m. Nuolijärvi is suitable as a base for different nature and wilderness activities. Iso-Palonen - Maariansärkät nature reserve 9 km, this area belongs to the larger Friendship Park nature conservation area complex. Elimyssalo nature conservation area 16 km. River route of Kalliojoki is suitable for canoeing, the distance is 1 km at the closest point. Hunting: Small game hunting area on state owned lands, Eastern Kuhmo 5618 (www.eraluvat.fi). Fishing: 40 km long Kalliojoki water route with a dozen lakes and 27 rapids. The most common fish species are grayling and trout. The nearest route is 1 km away from the cottage. (www.eraluvat.fi). Possibility for nature observation and photographing large wild animals in Viiksimo (Boreal Wildlife Centre, distance about 20 km). The services of Kuhmo city center 42 km.

  Hyvä mökki, sopi käyttötarkoitukseen hyvin. Kylmällä kelillä kannattaa olla tarkkana tuvan tulipesän sytyttämisen kanssa. Jos mökkiä pitäisi parantaa, niin luonnollinen paikka tiskaamiselle olisi hyvä lisä.
