Final Cleaning 113.5 €A cozy island cabin offering privacy. The cabin is located on the approximately 1-hectare Jurvonsaari Island, with no other cabins present. Access to the cabin is via a 1.5 km journey by motorboat.
40 km west of Kuopio, Virmasvesi is just 10 meters from the terrace. The cabin has three lakeshore spots: one for boat storage and two for swimming. The swimming area has a shallow gravel-bottom shore. A boat route runs in front of the island.
The log cabin was built in 1990. On the ground floor, there is a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, two rattan chairs, and a dining set. The living area also features a heat-storing fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The loft has a double bed and separate 80 x 200 cm mattresses that can be used either in the loft or on the ground floor. The sofa bed on the ground floor serves as an extra mattress for one person. The maximum accommodation capacity of the cabin is four people, with additional sleeping options available.
The cabin includes a wood-heated sauna, accessible via the terrace. The sauna has a shower and a small separate dressing room. On the terrace, there is a gas grill. The cabin also has an outhouse located behind the cabin.
The journey to the cabin begins at the owner's property, with a 1.5 km boat trip. You can leave your car in the owner's yard. Renters have access to a rowing boat with an outboard motor. Various sizes of life jackets are available for adults and children.
The owner always accompanies guests to the cabin and provides guidance on practical matters. Drinking water can be taken from the owner to the cabin, and more can be collected during the stay if needed.
The cabin's yard is flat. There is a spacious area where you can play various yard games.
