Jänisniemi cabin is a beautifully located cabin on a sunny plot. The destination is ideal for a small family or 1-2 couples (maximum for 5 persons). 36 km to the east from Kuopio, lake Kallavesi 20 m, shallow-bottomed sanded beach, own pier, own rowing boat. Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (1996), kitchen, living room (sofa bed 113 x 180 cm extra bed), bedroom 1: bed 120 x 200 cm, bedroom 2: bunk bed with 80 x 200 cm sized mattresses, washroom (water will be heated in cauldron) and sauna (wood-burning sauna stove), separate outdoor toilet. There is a summer-use sleeping shed with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm bed) in the yard. Sleeping shed is equipped with transferable electric heater, which can be used for providing extra heat. Sleeping shed is built from light logs, so it is not suitable for winter use. On the beach you can find a log-built covered cooking area and campfire site. Household water (faucets and dishwasher) comes to the cabin from its own well. Drinking water can be picked up from the water supply maintained by the water supply cooperative. Water supply is located on the border of the plot. There is a container for this.

Large and spacious lawn plot in a sunny location. The plot descends gently to the beach. Plenty of space for summer games. There are also swings for children in the yard. In front of the cabin there is a narrow strait with waterway to Riistavesi town. The cabin offers a nice place to watch the passing boat traffic. Distances: Frisbee golf course 7 km, Spa Fontanella in Siilinjärvi 37 km and Spa Kunnonpaikka in Vuorela 27 km, Ski and golf center Tahko 65 km, Ski center Kasurila 30 km, Kuopio 36 km.

Ihana perinteinen mökki. Vastasi juurikin kuvausta, ainoastaan kesäkeittiö ei ollut käytössä. Puusaunassa hyvät löylyt. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi keittiöstä. Asiallinen omistaja neuvoi ystävällisesti mökin käyttöä. Mahtavat kalavedet, siisti kokonaisuus.
